Garonga Safari Camp and Little Garonga

Garonga Health Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 500ml cake flour
  • 500ml nutty wheat flour
  • 120ml honey
  • 250ml all bran flakes
  • 5ml salt
  • 10g yeast
  • 500ml oats
  • 125ml sunflower seeds
  • 250ml pecan nuts
  • 125ml mixed seeds (poppy seeds ext)
  • Enough water to mix

Method:

Mix all the above ingredients and place in a pre-greased bread pan.
Allow to rise for about 20 minutes.
Bake the bread for about 45 minutes at 180°c or until cooked through.
