Garonga Granola
10-15 servings
Ingredients:
- 200ml bran/all bran flakes
- 300ml rolled oats
- 250ml wheatgerm
- 250ml sunflower seeds
- 190ml sesame seeds
- 150ml pumpkin seeds
- 100ml brown sugar
- 500ml honey
- 200ml corn flakes
- 150ml puffed wheat
- 500g butter
- 5ml salt
- 6ml vanilla extract
- ½ Cup coconut shavings
Method:
Bake at 180˚C for about 20 minutes on 2 baking trays. Turn to brown evenly till crunchy and dry.
Serving suggestion: This also makes a lovely base for fruit tarts ext.
