Garonga Safari Camp and Little Garonga

Garonga Granola

10-15 servings


  • 200ml bran/all bran flakes
  • 300ml rolled oats
  • 250ml wheatgerm
  • 250ml sunflower seeds
  • 190ml sesame seeds
  • 150ml pumpkin seeds
  • 100ml brown sugar
  • 500ml honey
  • 200ml corn flakes
  • 150ml puffed wheat
  • 500g butter
  • 5ml salt
  • 6ml vanilla extract
  • ½ Cup coconut shavings

Bake at 180˚C for about 20 minutes on 2 baking trays. Turn to brown evenly till crunchy and dry.

Serving suggestion: This also makes a lovely base for fruit tarts ext.
