Here you will find our rates for Garonga Safari Camp, Little Garonga, and other important tariff information. If you would like to visit either of our two camps, please click here to place an obligation-free reservations request.
COST IS R3 750.00 (2009 COST IS R 4710.00)
This includes:
• Ministers Fee and all preparation of documents and signing documents
• Single tier wedding cake
• Pressing of wedding outfits
• A rustic bouquet of wild flowers
• Laundry & pressing for the wedding party
• A bottle of champagne
• Decorated setting for the wedding ceremony
• A massage each for bride and groom
• A private dinner on the wedding night
• Decorated setting for your wedding ceremony
• A decorated open air safari vehicle for transfers to and from the wedding ceremony
• Return road transfers for the bride and groom from local airports (Hoedspruit/Phalaborwa)
• The priest will meet with the guests for an hour on the day before the service to finalise
documentation
• Romantic bush, bath sleep out - for that private itimate evening in nature
(Please not that the above activities can only be utilized by 2 people at any one time)
Photography:
• 50 large colour photographs plus an album (given to guests on departure from Hoedspruit)

Photography Costs 2009:
• 50 x printed photos, 1 x CD with all photos (100), 6 x enlargements (15cm x 20cm), 24
hrs service - R 5270.00 incl VAT
Terms & Conditions for Weddings:
• The wedding package is valid year round and is based on a minimum three nights stay
• Normal contracetd rates and commisions apply
• Subject to availability and rate change
Based on a minimum of 4 nights stay, the couple will receive:
• One 45min massage each
• A complimentary bottle of champagne (375ml) on their arrival
• Complimentary return transfers (if required) to either Hoedspruit or Phalaborwa Airport. If staying less 4 nights, then all of the above LESS transfers.
Based on a minimum of 5 nights stay, the guests will receive:
• One nights complimentary accomodation
Commission can only be deducted from the full paying nights
Based on a minimum of 3 nights stay, the following will apply:
• All rooms will be utilised - 6 rooms (12 guests)
• Only 5 rooms ie. 10 guests will pay, leaving one room fully complimentary based on 2 people sharing
• Transfers will be complimentary for the "Main Source of Booking Couple". The remaining guests will only pay 50% of the transfer costs as long as the transfer is organised by Garonga Safari Camp and to a local destination such as Hoedspruit or Phalaborwa.

In order to confirm your booking, a 25% deposit is required. Please note that your
booking will only be confirmed on receipt of your deposit. Balance is due one-month
prior to travel.
Should the reservation be cancelled:
Four weeks prior to arrival - 25% of the total amount will be forfeited
Three weeks prior to arrival - 50% of the total amount will be forfeited
Two weeks prior to arrival - 75% of the total amount will be forfeited
Less than 1 week of arrival - 100% of the total amount will be forfeited
