MCH represents the pinnacle of safari luxury at Garonga. This standalone camp features four spacious tented suites, a swimming pool overlooking the bush, and a dedicated team including a chef, butler and field guide to ensure a seamless and memorable stay.

Designed in the spirit of a bygone safari era, with timeless elegance and understated luxury, every detail enhances the safari experience — from beautifully appointed suites to relaxed shared spaces and a libary / business center where guests can enjoy their time at the lodge. MCH welcomes both individual travellers and small groups, offering a refined and immersive safari stay in the heart of the Greater Makalali Private Game Reserve.

Sleep Out Deck

Enjoy a complimentary option of a night under the stars on the MCH Sleep Out Deck, complete with a four-poster bed, dining table for two and ensuite ablutions. Just a 20-minute drive from the main camp, you will be fully immersed in your natural surroundings. This experience can also accommodate a family of four.

Massage Sala

Pure relaxation awaits you in our safari spa, the Massage Sala. Unwind and breathe deeply during a massage within the therapeutic natural setting in the bush.

Games Drives

Fulfil your safari dreams with twice daily game drives led by our experienced and knowledgeable guides. In addition to the Big 5 (elephant, leopard, rhino, buffalo and lion), look out for cheetah, spotted hyenas, wild dogs, hippos, crocodiles, diverse plains animals and colourful birdlife.

Dining
